All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. Please check with your GP before making a Happi Sauna booking if any of the following apply to you or you have any health condition, including but not exclusive to those listed below; or on medications and you’re not sure if it’s suitable for you:

Pregnancy

Epilepsy

Diabetes

High/Low Blood Pressure

Heart/Circulatory conditions

Prone to Fainting or Dizziness

No alcohol, or drinks other than water or food are to be consumed in the sauna, cold plunges and surrounding area; and smoking or vaping is not permitted.

Jewellery and glasses should be removed to prevent burning.

Nudity is not permitted.

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. Please arrived already showered and clean, and also use the shower prior to sauna and cold plunge.

We recommend sauna sessions should last no more than 15-20 minutes without breaks. However, please listen to your body and leave sooner if you feel lightheaded, dizzy or uncomfortable; this recommendation is not a target.

Follow the sauna host’s instructions on pouring water onto hot rocks. Only provided sauna water should be poured on the hot rocks. No oils are permitted.

Enter and exit the sauna using the ramp; removing your shoes by the ramp. Keep access clear to allow others to enter and exit safely.

No children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the sauna.

If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to ensure that all users are aware of the Terms + Conditions of safe sauna use as stated above.

Happi Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or any other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

Rescheduling and cancellations are possible up to 72hrs prior to your session, via the links in your confirmation email. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 72hours of your booked session.

Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from purchase, and booking is subject to availability.
